Once a national hero, now a CRIMINAL???
In 2003 here is how the Ventura County District Attorney Praised him:
Prosecutors Maeve Fox and Anthony Wold were delighted at the news of Luster's capture.
"I'd like to thank Dog for putting the effort out there to get him," says Fox. "This is a good day. I couldn't be happier for law enforcement, for everybody who put in very long hard hours getting him tried, getting him convicted ... and located."
Tonight, Luster is back in custody, leaving a hotspot in Mexico for a cold American jail cell -- facing a sentence of up to 124 years.
"I feel very good that Luster will spend the rest of his life in a prison cell," says Fox.

Some Nerve by the Mexican Attorney General!
"...the Mexican attorney general released a statement suggesting that what Mr. Chapman had done was an affront to national sovereignty."
And what would the Mexican attorney general call the invasion of thousands of Mexicans crossing our border
illegally every month??? Commuters? This entire thing stinks and is full of double standards!

Dog on the TODAY SHOW-
Dog on the Today Show this morning...
If you missed it, watch the video by clicking here and then click the link on the right that says "Video: bounty hunter on his arrest".
and also watch MSNBC's interview by Rita Cosby by clicking here.
HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MSNBC INTERVIEW ON MONDAY, 9/18 AT 9 AM EST and replayed throughout the day on MSNBC:
-
Dog appreciates everything his fans are doing.
-
He must be in at 11 PM and can't leave until morning unless he calls in with special permission
for his bounty hunting job. He said this is very humiliating.
-
Dog showed class by saying that the U.S. Marshals treated him with respect and that they were just doing their job.
-
Beth mentions her 5-year-old son Gary crying and holding his hands over his ears as his dad was being arrested.
-
When asked how angry Dog is about this whole thing, Dog said that the real story has not come out.
He said that the Mexican judge even told him that this was a minor crime and not to worry about it. Dog says the Mexican
judge even said that once this was cleared up, the judge would be glad to help him on his next bounty.
-
Rita Cosby brought up the Drug Kingpin that was sent to the U. S. and asks about the obvious "swap" question of swapping Dog for the drug Kingpin.
Dog said he would gladly serve six months in a Mexican prison if it will get Drug Kingpins here in America.
-
Mexican police found evidence of "Date rape kits" in Luster's Mexican motel room, which leads everyone to believe he was going to do
the same thing in Mexico.
-
Hit list was found in Luster's motel room with names of victims, prosecutors and others.
-
Dog admitted he did not have the kind of money required to defend this case and thanked Tonya Doe for
starting a defense fund site.
- Next court hearing November 16th.
-
Luster made a "smart ass" comment through his attorney wishing Dog all the best of luck with the Mexican judicial system.
-
It will take the most expensive lawyers out there as this is a life and death situation.
Victim of rapist Andrew Luster Tonya Doe speaks out on Dog's behalf...
The second half of Dog's interview included one of the victims of rapist Andrew Luster.
In an exclusive interview on MSNBC this afternoon, she talked about a legal defense fund that she started at
www.DogDefenseFund. You should check
her site out, as she is one of the young women that was raped. She did nothing but praise Dog on MSNBC. She and Dog and Beth talked
back and forth. Dog thanked Tonya for sending him some money after he captured Andrew Luster. Beth went on to say that
they exhausted their life savings over the five month manhunt in Mexico. After catching Luster, they got ZERO of the million dollar bounty,
and their electricity was actually turned off. This was an amazing exchange between Tonya the victim, Dog and Beth.
Again, watch her interview along with Dog and Beth by clicking here.
***Unbelievable!***
DATELINE Saturday, September 15th
FoxNews Reports: Accused Mexican Drug Kingpin Extradited to U.S.
This is a first! Please read the article above!!
I am SHOCKED that the U. S. is considering swapping a Drug Kingpin for a bounty hunter who
nabbed a convicted felon. This is not justice, this is a vendetta. If Dog and his crew go back
to Mexico, we'll never see them again.
U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Weighs in on the Drug Kingpin's Extraditon
All the articles mention "Mexico has fought many extraditions in the past...". What has changed in the past
few days that would make Mexico turn this Drug Kingpin over to the U. S.????
*** A&E SPECIAL THIS TUESDAY...Watch it and get MAD! ***
Watch A&E this Tuesday, September 19th at 9 PM CST for a special on this unfolding story. They have
entitled the show "Dog: The Family Speaks". From what I understand, camera crews were at their home filming for their show
the morning of the arrest and caught a lot of this on video. This is
one to watch.

Question: What do Osama Bin Laden and Andrew Luster have in common?
Answer: They have both been on the FBI's Most Wanted List.
Question: What should you and your buddies do if you are in a foreign country and stumble across
Usama Bin Laden in a public restroom, by himself, unarmed, and using the bathroom?
Answer: Find an attorney or a judge in that country and see if bounty hunting is legal.
- If it's legal, hope
that UBL was VERY constipated and go back and grab him for the 25 million dollar reward. Heck, screw the reward; catch him for one of the thousands
he has killed.
- If it's illegal, then you can still go back and if you see him spit in his face for me.
Call the Mexican Tourism Board at 800-446-3942!
Tell them you won't be back to Mexico until all charges are dropped against Dog!
Give them your name and address to legitimize the call.
This can be very effective. Read about my experience by clicking here.

News stories from 2003 when he was a hero who captured the rapist:
Honolulu Star
CBS 48 Hours- The entire story of the women he raped, the evidence, his trial, his flight, and his capture. Good read!
Motivational Speaker Anthony Robbins Mentored Chapman and thinks highly of him
In Dog's Words...
"I'm a bounty hunter, this is the number one fugitive in America, and I'm on his ass," Chapman said. "This one has become personal. If one of the victims comes up to me and says, 'Dog, thank you,' that's it. I'm paid."
Read the entire CNN story HERE!
Back in 2003...
"Chapman's attorney, Robert Sanger, said the bounty hunter faces only misdemeanor charges."
In the United States, if you have a misdemeanor warrant in one state and are pulled over in another,
you can't be extradited. I've known people who have traveled cross country and received speeding tickets
in other states. Rather than hang around a few days and ruin their trip, they blow it off and simply make
sure they never drive through that state again. Right thing to do? No, but they can't be extradited. Is this the
right thing to do in Mexico? Hell Yes! If it were me I'd leave Mexico and NEVER go back as I don't
trust the Mexican legal system. Their are dozens of Americans sitting in Mexican prisons unjustly.
Read the entire article at CBS by clicking HERE!
Here is an FBI press release dated June 18th, 2003, where the FBI admits that American tourists
contacted the FBI about spotting Luster and they informed the FBI that they had also given information
to a man they believed to be a bounty hunter (Dog) who was trying to find Luster. This is interesting because
Beth Chapman has claimed in recent days that the FBI was jealous that Dog found Luster first, yet government
authorities have, in recent days, claimed Beth's story is not accurate. Well, Beth's story matches this
FBI press release!
Must Read- Same DA Office flips; praise in 2003 and condemnation today. Read the articles yourself!
Ventura County Senior Deputy District Attorney Maeve Fox praised Dog in 2003. If you have read the
CBS 48 Hours article then you have
seen that for yourself. Yet today, Gary Auer, chief of investigations for the Ventura County District Attorney's Office,
rebuked Dog Chapman by saying "It is very clear that Mr. Chapman violated the sovereignty and law of Mexico...". You can
read that story by clicking HERE. Can the
Ventura County District Attorney's Office make up it's mind? Is this what a "fair weather friend" is? These trained and educated
attornies praise dog when he gets their man, but 3 years later when Dog catches some heat, they
condemn him! Damn! Aren't there any real MEN left in governemt?
